Panasonic has announced the TOUGHBOOK 33mk4, a new rugged tablet that promises 2-in-1 functionality and improvements to performance, connectivity and display technology.
The device was designed to meet the needs of mobile workers in various industries, meeting both the military standard MIL-STD 810H developed by the US Department of Defense and the industrial standard IEC 60529 for electronic devices.
The TOUGHBOOK 33mk4 integrates 13th generation Intel processors, advanced 5G connectivity and a unique 12-inch Quad High Definition (QHD) display that increases usability in field environments.

The TOUGHBOOK 33mk4 comes with a 13th generation Intel Core i5 processor, powered by Intel vPro, also known as “Raptor Lake”. This device also has an optional upgrade that uses the Intel Core i7 processor that offers greater computing power and is for users with more demanding tasks.
The TOUGHBOOK 33mk4’s 12-inch QHD display isn’t the largest out there, but it comes with a resolution of 2160 x 1440 pixels and a 3:2 aspect ratio, offering more vertical space compared to the traditional 16:9 seen on many models larger than 14 inches.
