Atlanta – No MLB player has hit more homers that lead to All-Star Break than the seattle mariners receiver, Cal Raleigh. The 38 leading homers in the receiver League in 94 games put it in pace to overcome the historic homemade season of Aaron Judge.
Raleigh’s 20th season earned him a selection of first -race stars. On Monday, Raleight became the first receiver of the story to win the Home Run Derby Trophy. He is also the first switch batter in claiming the Derby crown.
Raleigh’s long balls in the final round surpassed the 15 home runs of the Rays’ Rays Bay Rays.

Raleigh’s historic Derby was an event full of family. His younger brother, Todd Raleigh Jr., was the receiver, while Todd Raleigh launched the Slugger of the sailors.
“He goes back to him who returns home and I forced him to throw me a ball and hit her in the backyard or at home or something (he) should probably not be doing,” said the first All-Star as he remembered moments of his childhood.

Later, Raleigh told “The Pat Mcafee Show” that his brother had “lived his best life.”
“It’s a kind of awkward teenager … obviously like anyone,” Raleight said about his 15 -year -old brother. “I had no expectations that he would speak, but he was pumping me all the time. I was a little surprised.”

Raleight spoke with Pak Gazette Digital on Tuesday at the American League Club Casa before the game of stars and took a moment to reflect on the best time he had experienced before Tuesday night.
“Until now, the derby (home run) probably takes the cake,” Raleight said. “Getting that with my family was fun.”

It is too early to know if Raleigh will defend his home runs Derby Crown in 2026. But, he seemed to be open to the possibility of participating again.
“I have to do it there. We’ll see. If they invite me back, it would be great,” Raleight said.
While Judge 2022’s outstanding performance still represents most of the home runs that an Al Al Delo player hit in a single season, the New York Yankees Star Trails Raleigh for only three home runs in 2025. The small gap between Raleight and the homer of Judge Tokens return to the 1998 home run between Mark McWire and Sammy Sosa.
McGwire finally beat Sosa, reaching 70 homers at 66 of then Cubs. Some have wondered if Cal Raleigh and Judge will have a similar competition this season.
Raleight, 28, said he was not enough at that time to remember the details of McGwire and Sosa’s seasons in 1998.
“I was a little before my time. (I’m a) little too young,” Raleight admitted. “But I saw the ’30 for 30 ‘(documentary). Obviously I know what he did for baseball, which is incredible. Anything so sheds a light to the game is great.”
Although Raleight did not provide a direct response on whether he and Judge could produce a similar contest in 2025, he described the Yankees gardener as an “incredible” player.
“It is a week of 10 more (home runs). What a player,” Raleigh said.
Raleight’s name has been floated as the leader of MVP of the American League, given its impressive production this year. Raleigh recognized recognition, but said his approach remains a team player.
“It is what it is. It means that I am doing something well, which is good, but at the same time, just focusing on the process and the team first, and what comes after that is great.”
Raleight was 1 for 2 in his debut in the star game with a single in the fourth entrance. The National League defeated the American League in the first tiebreaker in the history of the game.
