Islamabad:
The IHC ordered the FIA on Wednesday to complete its investigation against PPP leader Farhatullah Babar and submit a report in the court.
IHC Judge Raja Inam Amin Minhas heard a petition for Babar against the investigation. During the hearing, Babar appeared before the court along with his lawyer Iman Mazari. The court was informed that the petition faced the investigation, but did not know what the accusations against him were.
The court asked the FIA investigator to tell the petitioner about investigation and accusations and complaint against him. On the Court’s instructions, the investigative officer showed the registration to the petitioner.
