Islamabad:
A delegation from the British High Commission met Thursday with Federal Minister of Health Syed Mustafa Kamal and discussed the alignment of the United Kingdom’s support portfolio with the health priorities of Pakistan.
During the meeting with the delegation led by the British High Commissioner and the Development Director, Mrs. Jo Moir, the minister highlighted the challenges of Pakistan, including a high load of communicable and non -communicable diseases.
The key reforms discussed included reviewing the NFC award, suggesting that the current 80% weight assigned to the population is reduced to 50%.
