Islamabad:
The Superior Court of Islamabad has formed a committee of four members to direct administrative matters.
According to a notification issued by the IHC Registry Office, the president of the Supreme Court Sarfraz Dogar will lead the committee, which also includes Judge Arbab Muhammmad Tahir, Judge Khadim Hussain Soomro and Judge Azam Khan as members.
The committee has the mandate to make administrative decisions.
It is pertinent to mention here that the superior judges, who had previously challenged the transfer of judges from other provinces to the capital, and a subsequent change in their seniority, were not included in the committee.
