NYT Strands Today (game #505) – The answers
The responses to today’s threads, game #505 are …
- KITE
- FROG
- FISH
- CRANE
- BUTTERFLY
- Spangram: Origami
- My qualification: Hard
- My score: 2 tracks
It took me to my fourth word, which was crane, to understand the meaning of “Doblo!”. After that, it was about finding a letter-or near an edge and connecting Origami.
Despite this moment of revelation, today’s search was not easier, mainly because a crane is the most obvious way it can do, but also because you can create hundreds of elements bending a square piece of thin paper.
Fortunately, the flower and butterfly were easy to detect, but although there were only five letters left, I still struggled to see the heart (testing the first “Earth”, perhaps simply screw the paper in a ball).
Nyt Strands responses yesterday (Sunday July 20, game #504)
- ENVELOPE
- BIKINI
- SARONG
- SWIMSUIT
- SANDALS
- SWIMSUIT
- Spangram: Beach outfit
