The brother of the deceased legend of the NFL and the rangers of the United States Army, Pat Tillman, was involved in a car accident on Sunday morning that caused a post office to catch fire.
The San José Police is investigating an accident that occurred around 3 in the morning in the post office in question, according to the NBC Bay area, and Richard Tillman was the main suspect, since he was arrested in relation to the fire.
When the police arrived, they found a vehicle in the post office and caught fire, which also caused the building to turn on.

Richard Tillman also told the officers that he was Pat Tillman’s brother on the scene, according to The Outlet. He said he was also transmitting the situation on social networks.

The records of the prison of the Sheriff’s Office of the County of Santa Clara confirm that Richard Tillman was reserved on Sunday, although no charges have been given publicly. Nor does it have an amount of bail with an appearance in the court scheduled for July 23.
The San José Police are working with fire investigators from the San José Fire Department, as well as with the United States postal inspectors, to determine who will lead the investigation of how the fire occurred in the building.

While initially it was reported that Tillman was killed by the enemy fire, the Pentagon told his family that he was killed by a friendly fire. In 2007, the Pentagon ruled that Tillman’s death was accidental.
