- Slack Pro obtains more, including the summary, without additional charge
- PRO+ plan price, but Slack says that “significant value” has been added
- New Enterprise+plan was also added, offering harder security
Slack has implemented a new price structure to add more value to its plans, which takes it more aligned with the Salesforce ecosystem by expanding the Salesforce channels to free plans.
An additional value to the Pro Plan has also been added, which still does not change in terms of prices, with business+ seeing a 23% price increase together with the introduction of a new Enterprise+ plan.
As part of the update, Salesforce is injecting more artificial intelligence into its paid plans, however, each will have a degree of variable assistance.
Slack’s plans get a great update: only some prices increase
Pro plans will not see changes in the price, but they will obtain some of the main characteristics of the company, including the AI summary and the Huddle notes, as well as greater safety and deeper integration of Salesforce.
The company explained the increase in the company+ price, from £ 9.75 per user per month to £ 12, it reflects the “significant value” added, including advanced AI tools such as translation, the generation of workflow and summaries, as well as the characteristics and security improvements of Salesforce.
The business grade, the premium integrations of Salesforce and the improved security, the administration controls, the governance and the compliance are the key additions to Enterprise+, which is a new plan that reaches the Slack family.
Understandably, artificial intelligence is the central theme of discussion here, with 38,000 personalized API built more dozens of associated applications of the tastes of Box, Writer, Aws, Adobe, Cohere and perplexity available in the Slack market.
Being that Slack is owned by Salesforce, a company that has invested strongly in AI and one that is working to find the right balance between human and machine, should not surprise us that Autonomous Autonomous agents through agentforce are also available for payments.
The company describes the Slack platform as the “work operating system for the agents’ era.”
