The Royal Family has received a brutal warning against Prince Harry and Meghan Markle after the peace talks of the Duke of Sussex with King Charles.
In a piece for GB newsThe real commentator Lee Cohen expressed aversion for the reports of a “Peace Summit” between the monarch and the Duke of Sussex.
Calling the “alarming” idea, Cohen warned that forgiving the Sussexes for their past actions and public criticisms could damage the respect of the long -standing monarchy.
In addition, he added that Harry and Meghan chose fame and fortune about loyalty and that the palace should not seem weak when trying to make peace without responsibility.
The expert said that if Charles sets aside the “litany of shameful acts and shameful attacks of Harry,” could risk “the same respect that has sustained it for centuries.”
“This is not a diplomatic crisis among nations; it is a family schism rooted in ingratitude and arrogance. The will of the palace to entertain such talks indicates a dangerous weakness,” he added.
Cohen said that the Royal -based Royals chose “exile, fame and fortune for loyalty” and urged the palace not to “persecute them, cap in her hand, begging for reconciliation.”
So, now, making peace with them could demonstrate that the monarchy can be “mistreated by petulant deserters”, which could, in turn, “alien” supporters.
“The defenders of the Sussexes will argue that reconciliation is the Christian to do, that families must heal. But forgiveness without responsibility is not healing; it is surrender,” he continued.
“The monarchy is not a private family; it is a public institution, and its actions have symbolic weight. The palace must maintain the line, not by resentment but by survival.
“It must show that unfair has consequences, that the institution is larger than any individual, even a prince.
“The alternative is gloomy. A monarchy that bends to the demands of the Sussexes runs the risk of losing the respect of their most ardent supporters. The crown has resisted the worst storms that this is, and should not hesitate now.”
