Islamabad:
Pakistan organized on Saturday the Regional Personnel Conference of the Heads of Defense, gathering high -level military leaders of the United States, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz, Tayikistan and Uzbekistan in what is being cheered as a significant step to strengthen regional security cooperation and military diplomacy.
Organized under the topic “Strengthening of ties, ensuring peace”, the high -profile meeting aimed to strengthen security collaboration, improve joint training initiatives and share best practices in contributing and other defense -related areas, according to public relations between services (ISPR).
The army personnel (COAS), the Syed field marshal also welcomed the delegations and reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to regional stability.

“In an era defined by transnational threats and complex hybrid challenges, deeper military cooperation, strategic dialogue and mutual trust are imperative. Pakistan is still committed to working with associated nations for a safe and prosperous region,” said the COA.
The participating chiefs of defense maintained detailed discussions on regional security dynamics, anti -terrorism cooperation, strategic trends that evolve in Central and South Asia, and humanitarian responses coordinated during crises.
The delegates also expressed a shared resolution to maintain peace, respect national sovereignty and face common threats, including terrorism, cyber insecurity and violent extremism.
The participants chose the leadership and hospitality of Pakistan, qualifying the conference as an important step to promote the diplomacy of inclusive and prospective defense.
The event stressed the continuous role of Pakistan as a key player in the configuration of a safe, interconnected and cooperative regional security environment, anchored in mutual interests and regional solidarity.
Development is seen as another signal of the growing profile of Pakistan on regional and international fronts.
Observers believe that Pakistan is playing their letters well, since it is currently committed to the main powers and other regional stakeholders.

The Army Chief was in Beijing earlier this week, where he celebrated a series of meetings with the maximum Chinese civil and military leadership. Meanwhile, Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar met on Friday with the Secretary of State Marco Rubio in Washington, in what officials described as a sign of the evolution of Pakistan’s diplomatic dissemination.
The Rubio Secretary appreciated the continuous efforts of Pakistan to mediate between the United States and Iran, and also praised Islamabad for his role in the preservation of regional stability.
Later, speaking in the Atlantic Council, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dar, said that Pakistan wanted to serve as a bridge between the United States and China. He recalled that Pakistan had previously approached the two powers and was ready to play that role again.
