The gunman who assaulted a large building in the heart of New York City on Monday night tried to point to the NFL headquarters, but took the wrong elevator bank, Mayor Adams said Tuesday.

Adams appeared in “Good Day New York” of Fox 5 Ny and said that the gunman, identified as Shane Tamura, accidentally entered the banks of wrong elevators. He said it went to the floor where Rudin’s management was.

“It is unfortunate that during these days and times, active shooters are being carried out throughout the country and Rudin’s management did its job clearly by having those active shooters and employees who were in the building were able to use some of the safe rooms and I think he played a great role in saving lives of some of the employees,” he said.

Adams added that the gunman alluded to having suffered chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE) and that he had a complaint against the NFL.

“It seemed to have blamed the NFL,” said the mayor. “The NFL headquarters was located in the building, and by mistake uploaded by the wrong elevator bank.”

Adams said the researchers were going through the “suicide note” that the gunman left.

The New York Post reported for the first time the notion of a “suicidal note” that is close to his body on the 33rd floor. Pak Gazette Digital contacted the New York Police and the NFL to comment.

Roger Goodell of the NFL praises the New York Police officer who was killed in New York shots

Tamura was a high school soccer player in Granada Hills Charter in Granada Hills, California, who is about 25 miles northwest of Los Angeles.

The NFL headquarters was located in the same building where Tamura had killed several people and left several other wounds. The league officers are on the fifth floor.

The New York police commissioner, Jessica Tisch, said that Tamura had a history of mental health problems.

Tisch said Tamura traveled through the country, and his vehicle was last seen in Columbia, New Jersey, as recently as 4:24 PM et. That was not long before unleashing a flood of shots in the building of great height.

The NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell sent a message, obtained by Pak Gazette Digital, to all the employees of the league that announce the traumatic event. An NFL employee was “seriously injured.”

“As reported widely, an armed man committed an act of indescribable violence in our building in 345 Park Avenue. One of our employees was seriously injured in this attack,” reads the message. “He is currently in the hospital and in stable conditions. NFL staff is in the hospital and we are supporting his family.

“We believe that all our employees are safe and counted, and the building has almost been clear.”

Goodell added to pay attention to all notices with emergency information, since the situation remained fluid.
