Brooklyn Beckham has reached a resolution in its registered brand shock with the German brewing company Beck’s.
The 25 -year -old chef and businessman, son of the football legend, David Beckham, and designer Victoria Beckham, had presented that he marks the name “Becks Buns” through his company Buster Hot Sauce Inc. in 2024.
The shameless name was intended to cover a wide range of products, from sauces and clothing to wine, beer and even kitchen knives.
His movement caught the attention of Brauerei Beck & Co., manufacturers of Beck’s popular beer, who argued that the name was too similar and risked confused consumers.
The brewery also opposed other terms in the presentation, including “Secks”, “Brasserie Beck” and “Becks Master Brew”.
Despite a strong setback, both parties finally agreed that Brooklyn could continue using the phrase “Becks Buns” whenever he eliminated all references to alcoholic beverages of the registered trademark.
