Jordon Hudson, Tar Heels coach from North Carolina, Bill Belichick, seemed to throw a little subtle shade to a reporter from the Cleveland Browns on Saturday.
Cleveland.com journalist Mary Kay Cabot made a joke about Belichick in apparent reference to Hudson while speaking a speech after receiving the Bill Nunn Memorial award. The honor is given to a reporter of the professional football writers of America for their “long and distinguished contribution to professional football through coverage.”

Cabot began to cover the Browns in 1991, when Belichick initially assumed the position of chief coach. She said in her speech that Belichick would call her and “shout” if he wrote something he didn’t like.
“Now I totally understand why Bill gave such a difficult time,” Cabot added, through Cleveland.com. “I was 28 years old at that time and he could not relate to such an old woman.”
Hudson is 24 years old and the relationship he has with Belichick was a great topic of conversation in spring after an interview with CBS. Hudson seemed to try to close the questions about his relationship, and threw light on some of the internal operations of what is happening between the two.

Hudson seemed to stop the joke wind and published the criticisms they had again.
“There is not much ‘laugh’,” said the critical publication. “It is not surprising that so many despise by the media, especially those who want to be the story instead of roprt (sic) in history.”
The frenzy around the relationship of Belichick and Hudson has boiled since its peak in spring.

Belchick is preparing for his first season as coach of the Tar Heels. The North Carolina season begins on September 1 against TCU.
