
Chappell Roan has recently reported an update on his second album.
While chatting with FashionThe Grammy winner spoke frankly about the challenges he faced in his debut studio album, The ascent and fall of a princess of the west.
Referring to the second album, the Pink Pony Club Singer said: “There is no album. There are no song collection.”
Revealing the trip to make his first album, he continued: “He took me for five years, and at least five will be needed to write the next. I am not that type of writer who can pump it. Good music every time I force me to do something.”
“I see some comments sometimes, as ‘she is everywhere, except that damn studio,” Roan told The Outlet, remembering fans’ comments. “I wasn’t ready yet to publish it, it was too painful. I was too angry and scared, almost my life, to get it out.”
Meanwhile, the 27 -year -old singer revealed the reason behind not using social networks.
“The social ones harm me and my art. I am no longer going to do that to myself. I have never written an album in which I have no instagram or anything. The album process is purely, only mine. No one in Tiktok sees it,” said Chappell Roan.
For those without versions, The rise and fall of a princess of the west medium which contains nine singles, was released in 2023.
