Diddy denied the bond again despite the support letter of the ex-girlfriend ‘Victim-3’

Sean ‘Diddy’ combs’ Bail Plea rejected again

Sean ‘Diddy’ Com combs has been denied bail for the fifth time.

A federal judge failed against the rapper’s release on Monday, citing “flight or danger risk.”

In recent judicial documents, Judge Arun Subramanian wrote that ComBs did not comply with the legal standard required for liberation.

“The Court must find clear and convincing evidence that the person is not likely to flee or represent a danger to the security of any other person or the community if released,” the judge wrote, concluding that Comong does not satisfy this burden.

Subramanian also referred to the strict conditions under which the bond could have been considered, noting that this decision would require “exceptional reasons”, such as advanced age or serious medical conditions that cannot be properly handled in custody. “This is not that case,” the judge clearly declared.

The ruling arrives only a few days after the former combs girlfriend, Virginia “Gina” Huynh, who was referred several times in his accusation as “victim-3”, presented a letter to the court that advocated his release.

In his letter, Huynh identified himself by his name for the first time, urging the judge to consider the role of combs as a family man and stating that “it is not a danger to the public.”

Comps is located at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center, where you wait for your sentence for a federal conviction of July 2 for transport charges to participate in prostitution.

It has been acquitted of more serious positions of sex trafficking and extortion conspiracy.
