
John Cena has just talked about his fight and journey of hair loss.
In a sincere conversation for this week PEOPLE The cover of the magazine revealed: “While trying to hide my hair loss, the audience was bringing it to light.”
The fighter turned into an actor recalled: “I saw his signs that said ‘Calvo John Cena’.”
“They pushed me to see what my options were. Now I have a routine: red light therapy, minoxidil, vitamins, shampoo, conditioner, and also obtained a hair transplant last November,” he added on how criticism pushed him to do better, however, Cena clarified, he could have done without the “shame.”
“I hate the fact that if there were not so shame around him, I would have done it 10 years ago. I thought he was alone, but seven or eight of 10 [men] Suffers from thinning or baldness, “he added.
Cena also mentioned that he loves his new appearance, saying: “They do nothing except move your hair, one by one, from one area to another.”
“If someone is going to sweat for me, I don’t think there is any shame in that,” he told The Outlet, he added: “He completely changed the course of my life.”
When John Cena concluded the conversation about his hair loss struggle, he also explained how his appearance gives him more reach on the screen as an actor, “a different hairstyle can identify a part that can do me more work, do what I love to do.”
