The prominent Democrat and former Secretary of Transportation of the United States, Pete Buttigieg, addressed his recent comments on justice to let biological men compete in women’s sports.
After Buttigieg said that “there are serious problems of equity” about the issue of allowing Trans athletes to compete with women during an interview with NPR in July, the Democrat spoke again on the subject during a live interview with Aaron Parns. The Democrat suggested that parents who oppose allow men to compete with girls should be heard.
“I think that to unite people about this, we also have to take everyone seriously, including parents who have questions,” said Buttigieg.

“People who have questions or ask what it means … they will have questions about how to make sure it is fair, and we should take those questions seriously and face them.”
