The WNBA issued a statement on Friday that goes to the recent wave of fans throwing sex toys to the courts during the games.
The declaration indicated that the League is working with the application of the Federal Law to carry out a criminal prosecution against the culprits involved in the incidents.
“The safety of all in our sands remains a priority. We are working closely with the Local and Federal Police to carry out all appropriate actions, including arrest and prosecution with charges for serious crimes when appropriate, against anyone who participates in this conduct or involved in the sponsorship of this imprudent and unacceptable behavior,” said the statement.

The fourth incident of a sex toy that launched a WNBA court occurred during Thursday night between the Sky of Chicago and Atlanta Dream.
That incident occurred after at least two arrests were made in a series of interruptions.

Sex toys have been launched for at least six WNBA games during the last week and a half. The first happened during a game in Atlanta on July 29. It happened in Chicago on August 1 and again on Thursday. In Los Angeles on Tuesday, a sex toy almost hit Indiana fever Guard Sophie Cunningham.
According to reports, sex toys were also thrown into games in New York and Phoenix on Tuesday, but they didn’t seem to reach the court. An 18 -year -old man was arrested and accused after the incident in Phoenix.
According to the reports, he told the police that he took the joke because he had been in a trend in social networks. It was arrested under suspicion of assault, disorderly behavior and publicly showing explicit sexual material. There is also an ongoing investigation into the incident in New York, the freedom confirmed The Associated Press.
A man in Georgia was also arrested after the first incident in Atlanta and was accused of disorderly behavior, criminal intrusion, public indecent and indecent exposure.
