According to the reports, the NFL sent a note to its 32 teams on Friday advising them to improve security after the mortal shooting in the offices of New York City of the League, according to ESPN.
According to the reports, the note was sent by the NFL Security Director and the general advisor to all the owners of teams and presidents and made three recommendations:
- Evaluations of updated threats to mitigate and identify the risks correctly
- Armed officers of application of the law or security in the buildings of the team and the league provided that the players or staff are present
- Weapons projection to enter team and league buildings

“The committee acknowledges that these changes will affect daily operations and will require an investment of time, coordination and resources,” said Memorando, according to ESPN. “However, there is no higher priority than the security and sense of security of our players, coaches, personal and all those who work inside and around our facilities.
“At times like these, we are reminded that security is not a background function. It is fundamental.”
According to the authorities, four people were killed and a fifth was injured inside the building that serves as the headquarters of Blackstone and the NFL.

The victims were identified as the 36 -year -old police officer Didarul Islam, who was out of security to work in the building; Wesley Lepatner, 43, a married mother of two children who was shot in the building lobby; The worker of the real estate firm Julia Hyman, 27; and the Aland Etienne security guard.
According to reports, an NFL employee was “seriously injured.”
The researchers suspect Shane Tamura, 27, from Las Vegas, was trying to reach the NFL offices after shooting several people in the building’s lobby, then another in an office on the 33rd floor on Monday, before suicide, the authorities said.

The security video shows Tamura entering the lobby in 345 Park Avenue and immediately opening fire, shooting several people. Then he shot a security guard behind a desk with an M4 assault rifle, Tisch said.
Tamura waited for an elevator, allowing a woman to leave unharmed before taking him to the 33rd floor. He proceeded to shoot and kill another person before taking his life, police said.
Tamura had a license to bring a hidden weapon in Nevada.
