The NFL retired field marshal, Tom Brady, returned on Friday to Foxborough, Massachusetts, the place where he spent two decades of his historic race.
Brady was present for a statue starting ceremony before the New England patriots opened their 2025 preseason list, dropping the curtain into a bronze statue of 12 feet to the similarity of Brady.
The statue in honor of the seven -time Super Bowl winner was placed near the entrance of the team’s hall in Patriot Place, which is beyond the entrance doors of the Gillette stadium.

Brady became the first player in the history of the franchise to be honored with a statue. The owner of the Patriots team for a long time, Robert Kraft, commissioned the sculpture.
“Tommy, you have not only recorded your name in the history of the NFL. You have recorded it in all our hearts,” Kraft said in comments during the ceremony. “And now your similarity will always remain high here at the Gillette stadium, as you did, standing, balanced and laser focused. People can forget what is said tonight, but that this statue forever reminds us of what Tom Brady did and how he made us feel all.”

The imposing statue represents Brady’s celebration with his fist raised. It is not believed that the Pose is a wink at any specific time in Brady’s 20 -year race with the team.

Facial design seemed to represent a deeply focused Brady, which is an expression that he frequently had when he played in an NFL game.
During his speech, Brady took a moment to give credit to his teammates, some of whom were at the audience for the special day of the former field marshal.

“Look, I know what this statue represents. It is not a guy. It has never been, it has never been,” Brady said. “And, in football, it will never be. It is a team and a commitment to be excellent together.”
Brady could not resist taking a blow to the New York Jets, one of the AFC East rivals of the Patriots AFC.
“In the end, this statue is not just for PATS fans,” Brady said. “It will also give all Jet fans something to throw their beers, since they leave the stadium every year, probably in the second quarter, perhaps the third.”
Brady is, with much, the most successful player who has used a patriots uniform. He won six of his seven Super Bowl titles with the team.
Brady spent the last three seasons in his historical history with the Bay Buccaneers Tampa, winning one more championship with the team. He returned to New England in June 2024 for his induction ceremony of the Patriots Hall of Fame.
