The security forces killed at least 14 terrorists in an ‘disinfection’ operation near the Sambaza area of the Zhob district on the night of August 8 and 9, said Saturday in a statement in a statement
According to the military media wing, weapons, ammunition and explosives recovered from those killed. The statement added that security forces are still committed to safeguarding the country’s borders and frustrating attempts to undermine peace, stability and progress.
The action followed the previous commitments in the same area on August 7 and 8, in which 33 terrorists were killed, which led the total to 47 in two days of anti -terrorist operations.

“The troops themselves committed and effectively frustrated their attempt to infiltrate. As a result of the precise, bold and skillful commitment, 33 khwarij sponsored by the Indians were sent to hell,” he added. “A large cache of weapons, ammunition and explosives also recovered.”
At night on August 7/8, 2025, the movement of a large group of Khwarij, belonging to the Indian power Fitna al Khwaraj, which tried to infiltrate through the Pakistan-Fanistan border, was detected by the security forces in the general area Sambaza, Zhob district of Balochistan.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif praised security forces to successfully frustrate the infiltration attempt. “The brave staff of security forces risked their lives to stop terrorists and frustrate their nefarious designs,” he said in a statement issued by his office.
The prime minister emphasized the support of the nation to the security forces, saying that “the entire nation is with the security forces in their fight against terrorism.” He reiterated his commitment to eliminate all forms of terrorism in the country and stressed the government’s determination to maintain peace and security.
