Robbie Brewer, a short -halted racecourse pilot, died during the weekend after suffering a medical emergency while competing in a race.
Brewer’s vehicle crashed from the front against a wall on the Bowman Gray Stadium in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Saturday night. I was competing in the 20 laps Sportsman series race, which occurs every weekend in four divisions.
The car stopped near the finish line, and the 53 -year -old brewery was taken after the track workers took off their roof.

Brewer was urgently taken to the Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Hospital, where he finally died, according to the Winston-Salem Journal.
“We are saddened by Robbie Brewer after he was transported to a medical center in the area after a medical incident on the track,” athletics officials said in a statement on Sunday.

“Robbie was a talented and passionate race, and competitive very respected among his companions. Our thoughts and prayers are with Robbie’s family and friends at this time.”
The details of Brewer’s medical emergency were not revealed.

Brad Lewis, a driver’s partner from Bowman Gray, said Brewer “was like an older brother for me even though we were not so far old.” The Lewis racing store was close to where Brewer lived.
“It was a Thorough trunk and during,” Lewis added. “I will not only honor it for the rest of the season, but during the time we run there. We’ll miss it.”
Brewer has been competing on the track, which served as an event of exhibition of Pretapia Nascar Cup Series in February, since 1990.

Brewer did almost 260 openings of the Sports Division, and won the championship in 2011, according to the Winston-Salem Journal.
