Police in New York are looking for public help to identify a man accused of launching an adult toy who hit a 12 -year -old girl in A Liberty Game In Brooklyn earlier this month.
NYPD Crime Stoppers published a video on X on Friday that shows the alleged suspect, which is sought by assault after an incident in a WNBA Game on August 5.

According to the post, the man “threw an object that hit a 12 -year -old female victim on the right leg.”

Adult toys have been thrown into at least six WNBA games in the last two weeks. The first happened during a game in Atlanta on July 29. It happened for the first time in Chicago on August 1, in Los Angeles last week, almost hitting Indiana fever Guard Sophie Cunningham, and again in Chicago on Thursday.
According to reports, sex toys were also thrown into games in New York and Phoenix on Tuesday last week, but they didn’t seem to reach the court. An 18 -year -old man was arrested and accused after the incident In Phoenix. A man in Georgia was also arrested in relation to the first incident in Atlanta.

Freedom did not immediately respond to a comment request, but a spokesman told NBC New York that they are working with the police.
“All we can share at this time is that there is an ongoing investigation and that we are cooperating with the police,” said the spokesman.
The WNBA has adopted an active approach to obscene behavior in its games, threatening legal actions and prosecution, a league spokesman for Pak Gazette Digital said recently in a statement on Friday.

“The safety of all in our sands remains a priority. We are working closely with the Local and Federal Police to follow all the appropriate actions, including arrest and prosecution with charges for serious crimes when appropriate, against anyone involved in this conduct or in another way involved in sponsoring this imprudent and unacceptable behavior,” reads the statement.
An anonymous person connected to a cryptographic group has attributed the responsibility of at least some of the incidents, but the WNBA did not respond to the requests for comments on the validity of those statements.
