Ariana Madix is grateful for a gift that would keep her safe.
One of those gifts was from her. Vanderpump Rules Sceana Shay, castmate and lifelong friend, who bought him a snowboard helmet.
“Helmets are important,” Madix said. People Magazine. “Everyone should wear a helmet, whether snowboarding, skiing, horseback riding or motorcycle.”
Madix, 39, went on to explain why that gift happened to her most memorable.
“I have a small head, so sometimes when you rent things, it’s hard. I have to try on kid-sized helmets.”

Madix and Shay have been friends since Vanderpump Rules It debuted in 2013 when Shay was working as a waitress and Madix as a bartender at Lisa Vanderpump’s restaurant SUR.
However, Madix can’t vouch for her own gift ideas, as she finds the entire experience daunting to begin with.
“I’m not that good at it. I try and come up with great gift ideas, and then I overthink it and then if one part doesn’t work, I get really stressed out,” she explained. “Then the day comes around and I end up freaking out and getting something that’s not exactly what I wanted.”
She also confessed her methods even when it comes to gifting her boyfriend, Daniel Wai, and revealed that she likes to create a notes folder on her phone to jot down ideas when Wai says she “likes something or would get this if she didn’t.” . I don’t want to spend it himself.”
“I have a little list on there that I’ll go off of and pick things up,” he said. But despite his diligence, “he is the one who gives the gift.”
“He already knows what he wants to achieve. “I think he’s already gotten me most of it,” she added, calling him “the best gift giver I’ve ever met in my life.”
Madix and Wai, a fitness influencer, were first linked in April 2023, a month after Madix learned that her longtime boyfriend, Tom Sandoval, was cheating on her with his Vanderpump Rules his co-star Rachel ‘Raquel’ Leviss.
