- The Roborock Qrevo Curv 2 Pro is now available to buy in the UK
- This robot vacuum scored exceptionally well in our carpet cleaning tests, including deep pile ones.
- It costs £1,199.99, but I predict we’ll start seeing discounts before long.
Getting all the dust and dirt out of carpeted floors can be a challenge for any vacuum cleaner. Enough suction is needed to lift the particles, but not so much that the vacuum gets stuck in the fibers. This balance is especially difficult when it comes to deep pile carpets.
The challenge can be even greater for robotic-type vacuums: Even some of the best robovacs struggle to deep clean carpets, and many can’t handle coarse hair at all. Enter: the Roborock Qrevo Curv 2 Pro to save the day.
This is one of Roborock’s fleet of 2026 robovacs and is an absolute powerhouse when it comes to cleaning carpets. It was unveiled at the end of last year, but has only just arrived in the UK. You can now buy it through Amazon.co.uk or directly from Roborock, priced at £1,199.99.
(Expensive, yes, but not too expensive for the amount of technology here. Also, it’s rare for Roborock models, or robotic vacuums of any brand, to stay at list price for long. If you’re patient a little longer, I suspect we’ll start to see some discounts.)
At TechRadar, we test all of our robot vacuums on medium- and deep-pile carpets, measuring how well they pick up fine and coarse particles. The Qrevo Curv 2 Pro absolutely soared in this part of our review. My tester commented that the pickup on medium pile rugs was “exceptional” and “one of the best.” [he’d] seen.” He was equally impressed with its cleaning performance on thick carpets.

The Qrevo Curv 2 Pro boasts a nearly industry-leading 25,000 Pa suction, but that’s not the only reason for its exceptional carpet vacuuming performance. It has a smart feature that allows it to rise to just the right height for the floor you’re cleaning, to offer efficient pickup without getting stuck. It is part of the ‘AdaptiLift 3.0’ configuration.
The ‘AdaptiLift’ feature refers to the small pillars that can be extended to lift the robot vacuum cleaner. They were originally conceived to help propel Roborock robots over high room thresholds, and they still have that functionality, but now they also help you handle thick carpets. There are a variety of preset heights and the robot can choose exactly the right one for the floor it needs to clean.
In fact, the Qrevo Curv 2 Pro is not the only model that has AdaptiLift 3.0 functionality; It also appears in the Saros 20 and 20 Sonic robot vacuum cleaners (reviews forthcoming). If you’re not sure the Curv 2 Pro is the right robovac for you, there are other options to choose from, but you’ll have to wait a little longer as none of those models have arrived in the UK yet.
