Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber spent $12 million on a condo in New York City’s West Village, property records confirmed. Wall Street Journal July 7th revelation.
The couple’s new Manhattan residence spans approximately 2,800 square feet and includes four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Hudson River, and a separate, enclosed chef’s kitchen.
Privacy appears to have been a priority in the purchase; The listing highlights an additional door and hallway separating the living room from the outside hallway.
The master bedroom bathroom features a marble bathtub, underfloor heating and a toilet.
The building itself is well-appointed and features a private garage, a live-in manager, a fitness center, a 70-foot pool, and a Pilates studio, though Hailey recently said TIME that Pilates is “a little over,” so that particular service may be underutilized.
More relevant to their current stage of life might be the kids’ clubhouse and catering kitchen with a room for private events, as the couple are parents to 22-month-old son Jack Blues.
The Biebers have primarily resided in Los Angeles during their six-year marriage, owning properties in Beverly Hills, La Quinta and Canada, although they previously had a temporary residence in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
Their new address places them firmly among the West Village’s established celebrity residents; Neighbors in the area include Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick, Liv Tyler and Daniel Radcliffe.
Two Fanatics executives also live in their building.
New York has always had a certain sentimental weight for the couple.
Hailey remembered the tonight’s show In 2022, Justin helped furnish his first New York apartment in a characteristically impulsive act of generosity.
When he discovered at dinner that she had not yet purchased a television, he detoured home.
“He said, ‘I can’t do this, we have to go to Best Buy,'” she said.
“So he took me to Best Buy on the way home and I was like mortified because I was like, ‘You’re not going to buy me a TV,’ and he bought me a TV. He brought it up himself. He unpacked it. He did it all. It was really nice.”
Twelve million dollars later, they have much more to contribute.
