Adam Scott knows exactly how Rupture it ends, and he doesn’t say it.
The actor, who serves as star and executive producer of the Apple TV+ phenomenon, confirmed that he perfectly knows every detail of the show’s direction, including its final conclusion.
“I’m involved in everything. We talked to the writers and Dan [Erickson] all the time. “I know everything that’s happening,” he said.
“As an actor, I like to have as much information as possible.”
As for season three, Scott was excited about what’s to come.
“It’s going to be fantastic. There are so many surprises that I can’t wait to film,” he said.
The new season will continue without director Ben Stiller at the helm, although Scott was quick to assure fans that Stiller remains closely involved with the show.
It’s been more than two years since the second season ended, the cast is ready to return.
“We’re all looking forward to getting back. We miss each other.”
Scott talked about landing the role of Mark Scout, a role he clearly wanted desperately.
“It’s an incredible role in an incredible world. It’s all I ever wanted to do,” he said.
“When I read the script, first of all, I thought, ‘I probably won’t get this job. But if I get it, if I can get it, it’s because I’ve been earning it for the last 30 years.'”
He only auditioned once, a fact he is grateful for. “The more you do it, the more you can screw it up.”
