Amanda Holden has revealed the secret behind her toned body.

The 55-year-old presenter, who never shies away from showing off her hot snapshots, has shared everything she consumes in a day to maintain her physique.

Talking to him daily mailThe TV star revealed that she religiously follows Elizabeth Hurley’s dietary advice of eating one good meal a day.

He has egg white omelettes with spinach, feta cheese and avocado with green juice for breakfast and doesn’t eat again until the evening.

“I’m a vegetarian, so I think I’m accidentally pretty healthy,” she reflected. “But I love my food and I love my alcohol, especially an Aperol Spritz in this weather!”

Insisting that he allows himself the occasional whim, he continued: “I applaud anything that works for others, but I can’t be one of those people who eliminates things.”

‘I just think life is complicated the way it is, so allow yourself to have what you want for a good reason. A little bit of everything is good.’

Revealing the key to achieving her bikini poses, she confessed: “My mom is pretty skinny, my grandma is, my sister is, so I feel like it’s genetic, and I love getting on my Peloton!”
