An industry analyst reports that just 7 PlayStation games ‘have sold more than 100,000 physical units so far this year’ in the US, as fans demand Sony end its plan to end disc production.

In light of Sony’s decision to withdraw production of physical game discs, one industry analyst reported that physical PlayStation games are not selling very well in the United States.

Last week, angry PlayStation fans took to the comments section of the latest Marvel Wolverine trailer, another effort to pressure Sony to back off its plan to end physical disc production starting in January 2028.
