Brits give verdict on Prince Harry after key UK engagement

Prince Harry sparks heartfelt reaction after toddler gives verdict on royals

Prince Harry has his fair share of criticism in his home country and they have grown over time, especially since he left to settle in Montecito and the royal rift has deepened.

Many royal commentators and royal fans have labeled it many negative things, but Harry’s interaction during their final engagement for the UK trip melted many hearts.

Harry visited the Scotty’s Little Soldiers summer charity festival at Maxstoke Castle in Warwickshire. The charity, which she has long supported, aims to help grieving military children who have lost a parent.

While posing for a photo, a child unexpectedly climbed onto the Duke of Sussex’s lap, prompting a sweet reaction from him.

“What are you trying to do?” Harry said when he saw the little boy and played along. “Are you trying to climb me? It’s okay.”

“She actually carries the genes of the late Princess Diana,” said one social media user.

“If children are attracted to a person… you should know for sure that person is a good soul. And Harry is just that,” another noted.

Harry was also nicknamed “the prince of children” and they felt that Diana “was smiling at him”

“Children can sometimes feel a good soul.”

“A cute, innocent boy who feels Harry’s welcoming aura and climbs up to pose.”

Some also pointed out that the amount of hate and trolling presented by the media is not the whole truth.

“So who says no one wants him here…? [smiley face] Great reception wherever I go… palace and media revenge,” said one.

There were also some who believed that Harry could well have taken on royal duties.

“Seeing him like this and how relaxed he has been at these events makes me wonder if he really wanted to step away from his royal duties.”
