Chris ‘The Bear’ Fallica’s Best Bet, Prediction for Round 1 of the NFL Draft

NEWNow you can listen to Pak Gazette articles!

“Bear bets” are real bets that Chris “The Bear” Fallica is really doing.

Let’s be honest: options are slim in the NFL Draft betting markets.

At this point, attractive prices are few and far between. You are paying a premium based on information and there is not much to choose from for good bets close to -110 or -120.

But if you know anything about me, then you know that I can still find a place to spend some money, even if it’s just a few dollars.

This is what I’m on so far.

Over/Under 5.5 WR in first round

One bet I’m considering is an Over/Under of 5.5 for wide receivers selected in the first round.

We don’t expect more than two quarterbacks to go in Round 1. We also don’t expect more than one running back to go in the first round. And there is a lack of interior defensive linemen.

Picks have to come from somewhere and I think wide receiver is the area where they will come from.

We know for a fact that Makai Lemon, Carnell Tate and Jordyn Tyson will advance to the first round. KC Concepción and Omar Cooper Jr. are projected first-round picks.

Denzel Boston is the borderline receiver and there are some who think he could be a great weapon on contested catches. He would be very attractive for a contender at the end of Round 1.

I’ll put it. I expect six WRs to hear their names called Thursday night.

PICK: Over 5.5 WR in the first round (-155)
