The biggest mystery in Clarkson Farm Season five, the whereabouts of beloved pig Richard Ham, has finally been resolved.
While Jeremy has had pigs on his Diddly Squat farm since the first season of the hit Prime Video series, Richard Ham, who is named after top gear colleague Richard Hammond, was introduced in season 4.
With the first four episodes of season 5 airing last week, fans quickly became concerned that Richard Ham was nowhere to be seen. This was made worse by the fact that Jeremy decided to sell all of his remaining pigs at the end of season 5, episode 4.
After his butcher revealed that Diddly Squat was suffering losses due to his pig farming, at the end of the episode he said an emotional goodbye to seemingly all of the pigs left on the farm. While it was implied that the younger ones were sent to a slaughterhouse, the two mothers, Clumsy and Swizz, were relocated to a nearby educational center.
But where did this leave Richard Ham? Clarkson Farm Season 5, episode 5 finally reveals that he is alive and well… and has a new connection with Jeremy. top gear past.

At the midpoint of Clarkson Farm In episode 5 of season 5, Jeremy comments on how quiet the bottom of the fields is now that all the pigs have been sold. But all is not lost, as Richard Ham is now Diddly Squat’s only resident pig… or so it seems.
“I couldn’t let him go,” Jeremy tells the camera. “He can’t be a Fluffer anymore, because there are no pigs to fluff. He can’t be eaten, because… well, we just can’t.
“And we can’t raise it, so it’s just going to live here. But you can’t leave a pig alone,” he adds.
This is where we cut to a separate enclosure behind him, revealing that another pig is now slowly being integrated into Richard Ham’s space.
“So we have another pig, so Richard Ham can have a friend. And who is Richard Hammond’s best friend?” Jeremy continues.
“I can’t have a pig named James May,” he tells his partner Lisa. “What about James Boar?” he adds as the couple bursts out laughing.

While Jeremy seems very happy with himself and his new pig name, we have yet to see how well Richard Ham and James Boar get along. With two episodes of season 5 yet to be released, it is currently unconfirmed if the pigs will appear in them.
