King Charles makes heartbreaking comment about his health

King Charles always puts on a brave face during his royal outing and engagement, and never lets his fans feel down while maintaining momentum and good humor.

The 77-year-old monarch shared a worrying update on her health in a chat with James Fenton, 104, a World War II veteran on ‘Heroes On The Water Isle of Man’ on July 14.

“I didn’t expect to find you here,” the 77-year-old King commented, warmly taking Fenton’s hand as they sat down to chat.

“I’ve been waiting for this for quite some time,” Fenton responded. “I hope you are well, sir.”

“Not bad, thank you very much, but I don’t know how you do it,” the King joked. “It’s bad enough at my age.”

“You just have to move forward,” Fenton said, adding that he is “always worried” about the King’s health.

King Charles responded: “It’s terrible because the pieces keep falling!”

The Briton announced his diagnosis of an undisclosed type of cancer in 2024. He continued to receive treatment, and late last year shared that his treatments would be reduced in 2026.

A Buckingham Palace spokesperson previously confirmed that the King’s recovery had reached a remarkably positive stage. However, the palace official avoided using the word “remission.”

King Charles’ visit came just days after his reunion with Prince Harry, Meghan Markle and their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
