He stressed that the province must raise its voice effectively for its constitutional rights.

Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi on Friday said the people of the province and the country’s security forces had made unparalleled sacrifices in the fight against terrorism, but regretted that lack of resources was often mentioned when the province’s constitutional rights were discussed.
Addressing the First Achievement Awards 2026 ceremony organized by the Haripur Chamber of Commerce and Industry at the Governor House in Peshawar, Kundi said the opposition would stand shoulder to shoulder with the government in all matters relating to the interests of the province and would fully play its role in promoting the development of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa.
He stressed that the province must effectively raise its voice for its constitutional rights through constitutional and legal means.
The ceremony was attended by Iranian Consul General Ali Banafshehkhah, Haripur Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Syed Ahmad Jan, Sarhad Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Junaid Altaf, Syed Ahmad Sikandar, Haji Attaur Rehman and officials of the Haripur Chamber.
