Meghan Markle took a coy approach as she appeared to have doubled down on her stance after a new debate involving Prince William sparked.
The Duchess of Sussex was believed to have made a direct attempt to get the future king’s attention with a bold move, knowing full well how critical the dynamic between Prince Harry and William is.
The discussion, on the surface, appears to simply be about buns, but experts believe there’s more to it. Eagle-eyed royal watchers noticed that just hours after William shared his preferred method of eating the famous British teatime snack, Meghan’s As Ever had shared a post about scones.
When the debate hit the headlines over the weekend, Meghan appeared to have reacted to the whole affair with a statement, which went some way to confirming the suspicions.
“Inspired by the jams Meghan has created in her own kitchen and shared over the years, each spread reflects a carefully balanced, small-batch approach to flavor,” reads a message on As Ever along with a video from the founder.
“Bright and fruity with just a touch of acidity and a whisper of lemon, these spreads are designed to highlight the natural essence of each fruit without overpowering it.”
In the short video clip, Meghan shared her family’s favorite jams: Harry likes raspberry, Lilibet likes strawberry, and Archie likes both.
