NYT Strands Today (Game #849): The Answers
The answers to today’s Strands game number 849 are…
- WRITER
- DIRECTOR
- CAST
- PRODUCER
- CREW
- EDITOR
- SPANGRAM: THAT SHOWBIZ
- My rating: Easy
- My score: Perfect
There was no mystery to today’s quest, although I was hoping to find Lights and Camera somewhere in the game.
Instead, the game ended up being a broader vision, with ThatSSHOWBIZ covering both stage and screen (both small and large) and the various roles that make up a production.
We could have added “public”, I suppose, since without that it doesn’t make much sense, although I know from a relative who works in a movie theater that even if no one shows up, they still show the movie just as if it were full, since everyone is set by a program at the beginning of each day.
Yesterday’s NYT Strands Answers (Monday, June 29, Game #848)
- CLEFT
- REST
- NOTE
- MEDIUM
- EXTENT
- ACCIDENTAL
- SPANGRAM: MUSICAL PERSONNEL
