Prime Video has officially revealed the first preview of Vought on the rise – and the boys The spin-off already looks much more intriguing than the divisive final season of its parent show.
The prequel series, due out sometime in 2027 and will star Jensen Ackles (the boys, Supernatural), will explore the origins of Vought International’s founding and creation of Compound V, also known as the Supe creator serum. Who will join Jensen Ackles as part of the Vought Rising cast?
Ackles returning as a fan favorite the boys The character Soldier Boy will not be the only familiar face we see in this sequel.
In fact, Aya Cash, who played Clara Vought/Stormfront in the boys seasons 2 and 3, returns with more action and R-rated superhuman drama. That… there’s really not much to go on, is there? However, as I described earlier in this article, it will show how Vought emerged after World War II and how Compound V and the first Supes were created. Add in a huge conspiracy that Soldier Boy and Liberty are probably at the center of, and Vought on the rise has all the ingredients to be another hit for Prime Video, aka one of the best streaming services in the world.
