ISLAMABAD:

Minister of State for Home Affairs Senator Talal Chaudhry strongly rejected what he described as “misleading and baseless propaganda” about the PTI founder’s health, saying the claims circulating on social media are “contrary to verified medical facts”.

In a detailed statement posted on his social media platform

He further stated that the founder of PTI underwent multiple eye treatments at PIMS Islamabad under the supervision of specialists and after the treatment, his vision was reported to be 6/6, confirming that the procedure was successful.

Senator Chaudhry pointed out that even the Supreme Court of Pakistan had expressed satisfaction with the comprehensive medical report submitted by the jail superintendent.

“The reality is that perhaps no prisoner in the history of Pakistan has been given such facilities. His eye has not been damaged,” he said.
