Mexico defeated South Africa 2-0 in the opening match of the 2026 FIFA World Cup on Thursday. Now, the United States men’s national team is set to launch its World Cup campaign at home on Friday night in Inglewood, California.
The USMNT and Paraguay will kick off at 9 pm ET from Los Angeles Stadium. The USMNT, led by Mauricio Pochettino, enters 17th place in the FIFA World Ranking on Friday.
