Vicious Vicki has been a rising talent on the women’s wrestling scene, performing for Awesome Championship Wrestling (ACW), among other venues, over the last year.
While Vicki has been in the ACW Women’s Title picture, she was recently entered into the tournament to crown the first-ever Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) Knockouts Television Champion. TNA presented the belt at Slammiversary, and she was one of the independent talents who were selected to participate.

She explained to Pak Gazette Digital how she was able to enter the tournament after ultimately losing to Indi Hartwell.
“I had a really great relationship, and still have a really great relationship, with Tommy Dreamer and a lot of the opportunities I had in TNA came from him, and he made me earn them like I should have,” Vicki said. “I think he had some kind of involvement in that. But it was a path in TNA for me, about three or four years ago, getting opportunities and just taking the smaller ones, taking the smaller ones, taking the smaller ones, and then this was probably my first real match, like my big match, where I got to show myself a little bit more, which is awesome.
“No matter what happens, to be able to be a part of TNA history as an unsigned talent… there were only two independent wrestlers in the entire world in that tournament mixed in with some people from WWE. That, to me, says a lot about me, and Gabby Forza was the other one. I feel like it says a lot that the work we put in over the years really paid off. So no matter what happens, I can say that I was a part of TNA history and it can’t be erased.”
While TNA has received harsh criticism from fans who want to predict that the company’s death is coming, Vicki suggested that couldn’t be further from the truth.

Vicki spoke about TNA’s resilience and their ability to fight through the ebbs and flows that come with any part of the professional wrestling industry.
“I think people like to point the finger at everyone but themselves in life,” he told Pak Gazette Digital. “So, I think a lot of companies fail from time to time. It just happens, where there are ups and downs, there are ups and downs. That’s how it is. That’s wrestling. It’s been that way since the beginning of time.
“I think TNA will survive and they’ve survived a lot worse. So I think right now, for me personally, that’s where I want to be. Obviously, I’d love to walk the ramp at WrestleMania, but you have to think realistically, and I think it’s a great place for me. I think they’re doing great things. I think TNA is the place. I believe it.”
