Amy Schumer has made it very clear that she was not at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s rehearsal dinner, pretending she was.
The comedian posted on Instagram on Thursday, July 2, “The rehearsal dinner was disgusting. Who knows if he had it planned for us tonight.”
The tongue-in-cheek post was a playful nod to the frenzy surrounding Swift and Kelce’s upcoming nuptials, which are now confirmed to take place in New York City.
Sources confirmed this week that guests were told that Madison Square Garden is their meeting point, that the rehearsal dinner will take place on Thursday and that the wedding itself is expected to take place on Friday, July 3.
The secrecy surrounding the event has been extraordinary.
Insiders shared that the booking date was sent electronically and that guests were required to sign a confidentiality agreement before receiving any details.
“Taylor and Travis told guests to be in New York. No other location was provided,” a source said.
“They are spending a lot of money, millions.” Another source described the wedding theme as “whimsical.”
The couple has been together since 2023, when Kelce made his move during one of Swift’s Eras Tour shows.
Their relationship became public when Swift showed up to support him at a Kansas City Chiefs game, although she later clarified that this was far from their first date.

Kelce described his connection with GQ in 2025 as totally unforeseen.
