Ubisoft has modified Assassin’s Creed Black Flagthe original score of Resynchronized Black Flag and added new music to complement some of the story’s biggest moments.
“There are certain moments in missions where we’ve changed the music, but what you’re playing today may not represent the final thing,” creative director Paul Fu told TechRadar Gaming at a preview event in Paris.
Fu confirmed that the development team is currently adding the finishing touches to the game, explaining that some music tracks in the demo may differ from the release version.
“So that might change a little bit,” he said, “but especially in the emotional moments in the game where Edward goes through these ups and downs with his friends, we try to keep it as authentic as possible.”
Ubisoft has previously confirmed that Resynchronized Black Flag It will include new playable content, such as character missions, and new music, including sea songs, has been created for the remake. Fu also teased the new tracks, saying that players will “love them.”
“We also added new scores, which are not in the demo, but we know the fans will love them and I can’t wait for them here,” he said.
Discussing some of his favorite new aspects of the remake later in the interview, Fu added: “Watch out for the new songs in the game that you haven’t heard yet today, they’re going to be really good, specifically for some of the new missions.”
