American socialite Kylie Jenner is facing a second lawsuit from a former housekeeper, alleging she endured years of racial discrimination, harassment and retaliation.
Making major claims, he accused her of denying him access to a bathroom and drinking water.
The well-known Juana Delgado filed the lawsuit against Jenner, her companies and personnel supervisor Itzel Sibrian in Los Angeles County court.
The maid, who began working for Jenner in May 2019, included the 28-year-old Kylie Cosmetics founder, her businesses, her staffing supervisor Itzel Sibrian and two staffing companies in her lawsuit filed Wednesday in Los Angeles County Court.
The court document reveals that Soto claimed that workplace conditions worsened in late 2023 when Sibrian was named her supervisor.
Sibrian mocked her speaking style, her immigration status and her race, calling her “stupid.”
Soto filed a human resources complaint in 2024, but once Sibrian was placed on leave and then reinstated, she was subject to retaliatory actions, including decreased pay and more work.
There were also personal struggles, according to the lawsuit. He was denied proper bereavement leave following the death of his brother, while colleagues whispered that he was “lying”.
In April 2025, Soto wrote a handwritten letter to Jenner, leaving an emotional message on her bed.
She wrote: “I need to express how terribly I am mentally abused.”
However, she stated that she was sure Jenner would not allow such behavior if she knew.
After writing the letter, Soto claims she was warned that she could be fired if she looked or smiled at Jenner, and that she had to “disappear” if she ran into her.
Soto resigned in August 2025 due to anxiety and insomnia. Soto’s attorney, Della Shaker, who also represents another housekeeper who sued Jenner, said Soto’s situation involved “multiple violations of labor and employment laws.”
