Atlus has just officially announced Person 6 at Xbox Games Showcase 2026 with a sinister trailer.
While the trailer didn’t reveal too many details, it looks like the renowned role-playing game (RPG) studio will be leaning a little more into horror elements than before.
“The highly anticipated next chapter in the iconic role-playing game series offers a bold new stand-alone story that combines heartfelt everyday life and new characters with a fast-paced supernatural adventure,” the trailer description reads.
“Whether it’s your first Person game or you’ve been here from the beginning, this one’s for you.”
No release date has been shared at this time, but we do know that it will be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and Series S, and PC.
During the Xbox Games Showcase, Atlus also announced that Persona 4 Rebirth will be released on February 18, 2027 and shared new gameplay for the remake of the 2008 game that features improved performance, modern graphics, and gorgeous cutscenes.
