Developer Who You and publisher Alliance Arts have revealed Drunk Goddess Refluxan upcoming indie PC game about trying to out-drink a demon as part of a desperate effort to save your soul.
Played from a first-person perspective, it allows you to select drinks to drink in a very drunk game of Russian roulette. You face a pink-haired demon, who is desperate to kill you in a big way so you can spend eternity together.
“It’s vomit or be vomited by your soul,” the Steam store page reads succinctly.

Between each drink, you must carefully monitor your level of intoxication, taking extreme measures such as stabbing yourself in the wrist with an ice pick to maintain your alertness.
Each set of drinks has its own unique effects, forcing you to strategically select what to take and what to skip. You can earn special trick cards with powerful effects by successfully avoiding drunkenness or snooping around the bar to find spirits that offer special abilities.
However, you’re not the only one getting drunk and the rules of the game begin to break down as you progress, something you can take advantage of to gain a greater advantage.
The game’s colorful character art was drawn by popular Japanese online artist and animator odyk, the same illustrator behind the brilliant designs of the recently released Yunyun syndrome!? Rhythm psychosis. It also includes a bombastic theme performed by American YouTuber Demondice.
According to the developers, Drunk Goddess Reflux has already reached 50,000 Steam wishlists, a milestone marked with cute celebratory art. It is scheduled for release later this year, and for more information, you can follow the editor on X.
